What are the best engineering universities in Pakistan 2015?

I have just passed F.Sc pre-eng part exam with 86% marks and I want to get admission in one of the best engineering universities in Pakistan that would with give me a strong foundation for successful future?

Education standards are consistently rising during the last few decades in Pakistan. There are contributions of various organizations and institutions that play a vital role in the education sector. Higher Education Commission (HEC) is responsible for improving higher education standards and rank universities/institutions on the basis of quality assurance, teaching standards, research, finance and facilities, social integration and community development.
HEC recently announced the engineering universities rankings of 2015:

1. National University of Science and Technology (NUST)
NUST is a highly innovative and well established university. In QS World University ratings announced in April 2015, NUST ranked 271 of 3,551 in the field of Electronic Engineering and Electrical Engineering. In Asian universities, it ranked 119 and topped the list of HEC rankings.

2. Pakistan Institute Of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIEAS)
PIEAS is public research university founded in 1967 with 400 undergraduates and 600 post graduates. Its vision is to get recognition at both national and international levels in research and technology and so far it has done an excellent job.

3. University of Engineering and Technology Lahore (UET)
UET Lahore was established in 1921 and located near historical Shalimar Gardens. UET offers excellent undergraduate, graduate, diploma and certificate programs. It has an annual budget of 2412.272 Million PKR and it also receives international funding.

4. Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology
GIK is another emerging private research university. It was founded in 1988 in Topi, KPK. University currently facilitates 1,200 undergraduates under supervision of brilliant teaching staff.

5. UET Peshawar
Peshawar campus of UET also provides excellent teaching services and professional degrees to various students from different backgrounds. It has a very advanced research center just like UET Lahore. Students are encouraged to represent their cultures and traditions at events organized by the student societies and universities administration.
