What are some effective natural ways for treating acne, acne scars, and pimples

I have acne and pimples all around my face and some on neck, and I want to get rid of them naturally. I don’t want to use cosmetics as they have long list of side-effects.  I am depressed…please help me out.

Aloe Vera
