should sharia law (Islamic Jurisprudence) be implemented in Pakistan?

Majority of the people in Pakistan are Muslims belonging to various sects and schools of thoughts. Would it be wise to implement a parallel system. If so will all the sects agree on one particular system. Should there be different systems for shias and sunnis. How will the rest of the world react to it?
